Q     How long will the conversion take?

A     A general conversion will be completed in 10 working days

Q     How much does a garage conversion cost?

A     Each garage conversion is a different size and specification therefore it is
       impossible to give an accurate quotation without visiting the property and running
       through the specification in detail. But a basic garage conversion is in the region
       of £ 5995 plus VAT for a single garage.

Q     Will I be dealing with the same person from my initial enquiry to completion?

A      You can rest assured that we only carry out one conversion at a time so we will be
        on site every day giving your conversion our full attention until completion.

Q     Will there be any disruption to the rest of the house?

A     None at all really 95% of the work is carried out within your garage. One of the last
       jobs we do is creating the opening from the house to the conversion and this is
       done in such a way to cause minimum disruption.

Q     Are my local council informed?

A     We will submit a building notice on your behalf to the local council building
       control offices notifying them of the work which is about to be carried out and we
       will liase with them through out your conversion until they issue you with the
       completion certificate.

Q     Will I get an electrical certificate?

A     All our electrics are carried out by qualified electricians and all the work is tested
       to comply with building regulations and a certificate is issued on completion.

Q     Is your company fully insured?

A     Yes we are comprehensively insured.

Q     Do I get a guarantee?

A     Yes every conversion will get a 10 year insurance backed guarantee on
       completion.
